As a booking agent for the service provider the company is liable to the customer only for losses directly arising from any negligence of the company in processing a booking. Any claims by the customer in respect of the delivery of the car parking services must be made against the service provider and subject to its terms and conditions Airport car parks prefer not to deal with customer bookings directly - that's why they've appointed us to act for them. Changes can only be made thorough email at firstname.lastname@example.org In case of amendment in Booking dates, there might be additional charge for changing the dates depending on time period.
WHERE DO I DROP OFF MY VEHICLE?
GATWICK AIRPORT DIRECTIONS
North Terminal. As you enter the north terminal, Stay in the middle lane to "Short Stay Car Park" follow the signs for car park 6 level 6 where our agent will meet you (Please make sure parking ticket is handed to the agent).
South Terminal. As you enter the south terminal stay in the right lane to "Short Stay Car Park" follow the signs for orange car park level 5 where our agent will meet you (Please make sure parking ticket is handed to the agent).
HOW WILL MY CAR BE RECEIVED?
Your vehicle will be collected at a pre arranged time and location by Meet and Greet Parking staff.

HOW WILL I IDENTIFY MEET AND GREET PARKING STAFF?
Meet and Greet staff wears their company dress, and carrying a company ID card.
WILL I GET ANY PROOF OF VEHICLE'S HANDOVER?
Meet and Greet Parking staff will provide you a company receipt which will have your and vehicle details.
WHAT DOES Secure Airport Car Parking DO ONCE I HAND OVER MY CAR ?
Our professionally trained and insured Meet and Greet Parking staff will drive your vehicle to the secured facility and place your keys in the secured lock box until your return.
WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY RECIEPT?

WHERE MY VEHICLE WILL BE RETURNED ON ARRIVAL?
As soon as you collect your luggage please contact 24/7 number. Meet and Greet staff will return your vehicle to you at the location where you first dropped it off. It takes approximately 20 minutes.
WHAT IS THE COMPLAINT PROCEDURE?
We take all comments seriously and find that complaints can help us make our service better. We encourage you to contact us either by email or letter. The Contact page provides you with our addresses. We attempt to respond to all emails and letters within 14 working days of the date of receipt. Secure Airport Car Parking handles all complaints personally.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS
A full refund [less a £10 fee] will be provided when you cancel 48 hours or more prior to your reservation for parking.
A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is received between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the reservation.
The period for which the service has been booked, shall be deemed to commence at the collection date and time specified in the confirmation of the booking.
If you fail to cancel or fail to appear for your reservation, you will be charged the full price for the entire parking period specified on your confirmation.
Customers, who wish to shorten the length of the parking period on your confirmation receipt after the booking has begun, will still be charged the full amount that booked as per your confirmation.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All taxes are included in the prices you pay.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
The price on our confirmation receipt is the actual price you will be charged.
We accept most major credit and debit cards for payments.
Payments are due at the time of reserving a space.
Should your credit or debit card be denied, Secure Airport Car Parking reserves the right to cancel your booking.
If your stay is to be longer than your reservation allowed, the customer will be responsible for the extra amount of time used. Secure Airport Car Parking reserves the right to charge the client's account.
